“Do you trust Me?”
“Do you trust that I will be with you?”
“Do you trust that I have gone before you and prepared a path for you?”
“If you trust me, then feed my sheep.”
The question of trust has came up several times as I have sat in the Lord’s presence on the topic of the World Race. Wait just a minute, What is the World Race? I am glad you asked. The World Race is a mission trip to 11 countries over 11 months while also teaching you how to live out the Great commission in community. It also teaches how to lead and be discipled.
Before I even filled out the application to join the World Race I was very fearful. In order to go on The Work Race I have to quit my job and rent out my house. I have lived in 36 different homes over my life span. I am currently in a stable place and now God is calling me to move again. “Do you trust me?”
Yes Lord, I trust you.
So, I got accepted to the World Race. I am still fearful because now I have to raise money. I have to buy or find all of my supplies that I will need.
“Do you trust me?”
Yes Lord, I trust you.
“Then feed my sheep!”
I believe the Lord is calling me to feed his sheep overseas. I trust that he will take care of the rest of my fears. I will walk in faith instead of fear of the unknown. I would deeply appreciate your prayers in this journey.
I love you! You are a blessing and testimony of God’s goodness.
